×Clarify of commercial bidding document with sales team, prepare commercial deviation table from Accounting and Finaicial aspects;
×Review the quotation calculation and provide accounting and financial recommendation, setup a proper contract model;
×Join the review and negotiation of terms and condition of the contract, provide commercial and legal comments;
×Work with sales team to complete the risk analysis during project sales phase, and recognize risks and deviation at an early stage during project execution phase, identify the root cause and work with project team to low down the risk;
×Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation;
×Advise management team on the possible financial consequences of all proposed courses of actions
×Monitor key performance indicators of projects and provide the monthly/quarterly/yearly estimation and report for order, sales, profit and cash flow.
×Take the lead to provide commercial related training within the company;
×Implement internal control procedures, which are consistent with company policies and benefit;
× Back office backup

Requirments:
- Bachelor Degree Major: Accounting/Finance
- Good written and spoken English (German is a plus)
- Qualification of CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus
- Familiar with tax regulations and accounting standards in the PRC
- Familiar with PC operation, especially Excel ,knowledge and experience of SAP
- Solid Finance and project controlling and management
