1、 负责与房地产市场主流发展商、基金建立紧密合作，有效拓展项目来源，获得市场以及项目信息；

2、 负责房地产项目初判，现场查访，尽调，项目推广及后续交易流程；

3、 负责投资项目的推广、立项以及协助客户投资方案的制定、商务谈判、文本起草、投资方案实施。

4、 负责与房地产发展商、房地产基金、金融机构或其他投资机构有效沟通与对接，建立稳定的伙伴关系；

5、负责带领团队持续扩大业务和市场规模；

职位要求：

1、金融投资或市场、房地产经营管理、金融等专业，硕士以上学历；

2、2年以上投资工作经历，房地产行业工作经验；

3、理解华东区写字楼、商业、工业园区市场，对市场发展趋势有良好理解的优先考虑；

4、熟悉房地产项目投资及开发流程优先考虑。

5、具备优秀的计划、组织、分析、控制、沟通、协调能力，良好的团队合作精神。
