The Position:

 

The incumbent is responsible for leading recruitment activities to support HR & Admin Manager in driving recruitment and relative HR strategy and initiatives in support of the business plan and the overall company objectives. Key areas of responsibilities include recruitment and hiring, employee relations, etc.

 

Job Description

1. Recruitment & Selection:

 

Work with HR manager on JD preparation, job slotting, evaluation of the job and conducting interviews, preparing interview summary and hiring proposal, background checking.

 

Develop and implement effective recruiting procedures and practices leading to attraction and retention of quality candidates. Provide staffing data report and evaluate the recruitment efficiency and take action for improvement accordingly.

 

Deliver effective recruitment target and maintain staff recruitment dashboard, maintain JR workflows and records.

 

2.    Employee Relations

 

Support management in the creation and maintenance of a work environment that fosters positive employee contribution, collaboration, and a commitment to quality and customer service.

 

3.   HR Data Management and Reporting

 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and payroll information.

Prepare and submit the HR reporting in an accurate and timely fashion.

 

4. Other assigned tasks by management.

 

Requirements:

 

1.  Bachelor degree or above.

2.  HR professional and management knowledge in staffing.

3.  At least 5 years in recruiting, proven skills in efficient recruiting and interview skills. Worked in headhunting company or software industry experience is a plus, multinational company preferred.

 

4.  Strong communication and leadership skill; strategic planning and project management capabilities people.

 

5.  Diligent, highly motivated, open minded and strong teamwork spirit

 

6.  Good English both in writing and speaking.
