Job Description

1.Release purchase order to vendor based on production planning

2.Inventory control for raw materials which align with the department KPI

3.Keep tracking for the vendor of on time delivery measurement and follow purchase order's status

4.To monitor production plan and materilals flow in daily basis

5.Keep closely follow with the slow moving/EOP/ECM part planning

6.Do material escalation for the materials which will be potential shortage in the coming weeks

7.Keep the good communication with related function, such as Finance/Sourcing/Production/Vendor,etc.

8.To follow the supplier payment, avoid payment delayed to the vendors even for the supplier delivery performance.


Necessary Requitements

1.3 more years of planning experience in auto industry

2.Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word

3. SAP knowledge

4.Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner

5.High level of accuracy

6.Must be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in daily operations

7.Requires effective oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

8.Must be able to work in a team environment
