1. Successful lead a cross function team and running projects on cost, on time and on quality;

2. Risk management to ensure all aspects of the development process are followed;

3. Hold project team meeting, internal project review report and gate review;

4. Present project statutes review with customer;

Requirment

1. Bachelor or above degree major in mechanical, automative engineering or relevant;

2. Proficient in English language, German language skill would be your plus not necessary.

3. Familiar with Plastic parts design and tooling knowledge;

4. Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949;

5. Professional PC experience (MS Office 2000,Lotus Notes, Internet)

6. At least 2 years project management experience in automotive industry and good knowledge for economics;

7. Analytical and structured manner of working;

8. Good communication skill with customer, good presentation and negotiation skills.
