职位描述
Main
1、 Management account payable and prepare approval documents; Check invoices, make sure the payment in time and accurate; input vouchers in SAP
2、 Monthly closing for AP module, I/C reconciliation and bank reconciliation; Prepare the account payment aging report and employee cash advance tracking
3、 Quarterly top 10 venders reconciliation , vouchers print and filing; Training the new staff for reimbursement process and financial requirement
4、 Support leader for yearly internal, external audit
5、 Fixed-assets account management
6、 Other tasks from leader
Qualification:
1、 Bachelor degree (major in accounting preferred)
2、 finance work experience min. 5 years
3、 Be familiar with Microsoft office, SAP preferred
4、 Willingness to learn, team work spirit
5、 English skills including oral and writing
