Quality Manager

Job Description
1. Review and setup the check point when new product introduce.
2. Define the qualification of NPI project whether it's successful
3. Define the Quality Inspectation specification of each new product
4. Base on company's strategy, work out proper headcount plan
5. Evaluates and appraise subordinate staff performances, and develop training
6. Ensure customer complaints are solved effectively and on time. 8D report can be submit on time
7. Improve customer DPPM and standarize the procedure.
8. To promote their process control capability and quality performance. Use RETE system for the process improvement.

Qualification
1. Good knowledge of EMS manufactory
2. Good knowledge of IPC standard
3. Good knowledge of ISO19001 & TS16949
4. Well knowledge of Six Sigma and use Minitab well
5. ISO/TS internal auditor is preferable
6. Good command of both writtenn and spoken English
7. Strong in Customer Focus competency
8. Team player and result-oriented

   路线1(上海市区方向)： 莘庄-顾戴路-公司 (7:25--8:25)

   路线2(昆山市区方向)： 科博馆-广元门诊-太湖路-木瓜路-东城大道金融大道口-浦园-蔡家-赵屯小学公交站-公司 (7:20--8:40)

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
