Position:

- Motion Designer (Shanghai)

Reporting Line:

- Report to: Creative Director in Charge of Digital

General Responsibilities:

Create special effects, animation, or other visual images using film, video, sound, music, or other electronic tools and media for use in products or creations. Especially related to motion graphics for live events and exhibitions.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Work with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives. Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.

- Produce deliverables such as storyboards, templates, screen layouts, user, interface elements, and prototypes.

- Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.

- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.). Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.’

- Design of 2D graphical interface & mockups for presentation purpose

- Management of 1 live production project (follow up with software developers, HTML5, iOs, Android, …)

- Build up digital graphical element database

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 or more years of relevant work experience.

- Understanding the process of multimedia and general production.

- Keen sense of branding and key messaging and how it impacts a proposal.

- Keeps up with current multimedia trends and pop culture.

- Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Software: Adobe Creative Suite, After Effect, Final Cut and other industry standard video and digital software.
