Responsibilities

· Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.

· Provide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to line managers.

· Utilize sourcing tools to consistently deliver high quality talents on time and at the right cost: Careers website, Job Boards, LinkedIn etc.

· Develop and manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

· Work with other HR functions and Marketing to upgrade the Employer Branding of the company

· Develop and enhance all the recruitment programs eg Internal referral, Campus hire, Intern program under instruction

· Update Regular Recruitment Tracking report as required

· Other Recruitment related operation

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above

· Minimum 5 year’s recruitment experience with rich direct souring experience (corporate and agency experience preferred).

· Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.

· Good attention to details and can follow process.

· Be able to work well under high pressure.

· A good team player and be capable of working independently and under pressure.

· Fluent in Mandarin and English
