岗位职责： 1.Actualize all kinds of incoming inspection; Actualize first article inspection and on line inspection procedures; Actualize outgoing product quality inspection as per sampling plans 执行各项进货检验, 首检和巡线检验程序, 根据取样计划执行出货产品质量检验

2.Identify and record products quality problems 识别和记录产品质量问题

3. Identify product status by using appropriate cards inspection 使用正确的工艺卡进行产品状况检验

4. Complete all inspection on time. 按时完成各项检验

5. Identify and Show the status of products after approval from QA MANAGER 质量经理批准后识别和显示产品的状况

6. Follow up as per instruction on non conformity report and let Engineer/manager know. 遵循各项不合格项报告的指示,并告知工程师及经理

7. Any non conformity/malfunctioning observed in instrument. 用仪器查看各项不符和故障

8.Any other task assigned by QC Engineer./Manager 质量工程师/经理布置的其他工作 任职资格： Secondary Technical school in mechanism above 机械类中专以上学历 2+ years of experience with quality control preferably in manufacturing system 2年以上制造工厂质量控制工作经验. Knowledge of ISO/QS standards 有ISO/QS知识 High responsibility 高度负责 Skilled in using various gauges 熟练使用各种量具 Understand normal QC procedures 懂质量控制流程 Should have skills to use Optical comparator, Tensile tester etc 掌握光度分析仪,拉力测试设备的技能
