Task description:：
Responsible for the development of body in white structure， Leading or participate in the technical review
负责白车身结构件的开发，主导或参与技术评审
Supplier development and management, engineering change
供应商开发管理、工程变更等工作
Quality and timing plan of design and development
保证设计开发质量与节点
Be familiar with tooling positioning system (RPS)
熟悉工装定位系统（RPS）
The component design verification plan preparation, experiment process tracking, data analysis and improvement
零部件设计验证计划的编制、试验过程跟踪、试验数据分析及完善
Responsible for body stamping defect analysis, propose solutions, promote the supplier's corrective action plan
负责车身冲压件装车缺陷分析, 提出解决方案
Responsible for the manufacture of the parts, test, and engineering building cars
管理与解决所负责零部件的试制、试验问题


任职要求：
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree
机械工程，电子工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历
More than 2 years experience in BIW engineering work
两年以上白车身的设计经验
Be familiar with the product development process in automotive industry
熟悉汽车行业的研发流程
CATIA experience
能熟练运用 Catia
Strong communication skill.
