Responsibilities:

C&B

- Annual Headcount Plan

- Annual salary adjustment, merit increase, commission scheme and annual labor cost control

In charge of organization structure planning and optimization, and responsible for recruitment

- Integrated the headhunter channel resources, optimized recruiting channel spending

- Responsible for annual performance evaluation process and execution

- Employee annual activities planning and launch

Responsible for training planning, program design and execution.

- To optimize training processes. Centralize and standardize new mgmt. Design training courses. Effectively improve training results and optimized training costs Team coaching and development

Requirements:

1. 5-8 years working experience as HR manager with MNC

2. Good communication skills

3. Strengths in C&B and recruitment

4. Good English proficiency both in speaking and writing.

5. Bachelor degree with a major in HR related fields
