主要职责：

1. 带领预付费业务支持团队保证业务系统正常运行,并对业务系统进行测试、部署、升级及日常维护管理

2. 收集、理解客户需求，完善系统，并配合其他同事及时解决客户的需求，使客户满意

3. 激励、鼓舞团队成员，使团队成员间紧密团结合作

4. 为业务部门提供专业的解决方案和建议，及业务上的日常支持

5. 提供各种工作报表，并为客户提供优质的服务

6. 提供业务系统相关操作培训

岗位要求：
- 本科或以上学历
- 二年以上的项目技术支持、管理，及团队管理经验
- 精通SQL script，熟练ORACLE数据库，熟悉使用BI进行报表制作
- 具有网站开发/HTML/CSS/JavaScript等相关工作经验
- 具有出色的沟通与协调能力
- 工作认真仔细，有良好的责任感、积极主动性及客户服务意识
- 具有良好的英语听说读写能力
- 有支付行业工作背景者优先

Main Responsibilities
1. Lead the prepaid business support team to ensure that the business systems are running smoothly to meet the SLA defined by customers, and take charge of the testing, setup, upgrade and ongoing maintenance of projects.
2. Collect and define the requirements with business team to improve the business system, and collaborate with team leader and colleagues closely to finish the assigned tasks and service requests from clients in time, and satisfy the customers.
3. Motivate, empower, inspire, collaborate with, and encourage team members
4. Provide professional solutions and suggestions to help the business team on sales and day to day operation.
5. Provide reporting on the progression of the projects and the quality level of the service directly with his superior to his clients.
6. Provide the training of operation of business system

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 2 years or above experience on project management and team management.
- Master SQL script, good technical skills on ORACLE and good experiences on reporting service with BI
- Relevant experience on html/css/JavaScirpt/Website development.
- Excellent skills on communication and coordination;
- Good responsibility, and initiative and customer service skills;
- Good English capability in both writing and oral;
- Priority with working experience in prepaid business.
