工作职责：

1、按模具保养计划对生产模具进行保养维护。

2、保养时模具存在的问题给与处理。

3、监督生产技术员对模具的正常使用。

4、模具出现异常时分析故障，并制定预防措施。

5、制定模具保养工作指导书。

6、完成模具保养和维修记录。

7、确保模房的5S状态达到要求状态。

8、向模具工程师反馈模具异常情况。

9、完成本部门领导交办的其它工作。

技能要求：

1.中专以上，机电一体化专业。

2.二年以上相关经验。

3.有机械相关专业知识，能熟练操作钳工设备，能独立完成模具维修。

4.良好的团队合作精神
