JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Management/Preparation of timing plan per component;
• Coordination and attendance to meetings with customer,BA and suppliers;
• Coordination of project related activities;
• Prototype/MP parts lead time management;
• Coordinate meeting with customer and supplier to support engineering team to get the specfication clear.
• Coordination of prototyping dates;
• ECR management;
• Coordinate all development cost from all related areas and traciking against budget;
• Coordinate activities to reduce the development cost;
• Management for development activities and special requests from customer or supplier;
• Management of team members in accordance to project needs;
• Project management with BAT Milestone System;
• Management of "Build Support Plan ,Lead Time Tables, Timing Plans"to ensure timing need dates;
• Coordination of the commercial information to prepare and release quotations.

REQUIREMENT:

• Well skilled in the fields of mechanical engineering ,Commercial, production ,company policy and procedure related to BA commodities;
• Automotive parts development process minimum 3 years;
• Vehicle's development process minimum time 1 year;
• commeercial negotiations ,cost estimation included minimum 1 year;
• Quality procedures minimum 1 year.
