药理学、分子生物学及其相关专业毕业，具有良好的分子生物学基础、疾病（动物）建模、仪器使用及分析能力，兼备良好的表达交流能力及团队精神。具有新药物研究开发经验者和海外相关经验从优。 具有竞争性的待遇与经验相一致，具体面谈。
