1.Collect, analyze and solve the quality problems related to casting foundry, part and mold issues with production, quality, supplier and customers.

2.Manage and coordinate the related department to solve the issues of quality problems.

3.Handle new project quality control, monitor and follow the product quality of project.

4.Analyze the cost of poor quality happened in production departments, and organize the analysis and improvement meeting related.

5.Lead the continual improvement projects assigned by quality manager.

6.Audit the quality of assembly and follow up the CPAR (corrective and preventive action report) of quality problems which defined or happened.

7.Coach and train the staff quality tools and improve the awareness of quality concepts in production.

8.Suggest the improving opportunities of processes and procedures of production to management teams.

9.Report the quality status and problems happened in productions.

任职要求

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, foundry technology or relevant majors.

2.Minimum 5 years’ experience of quality engineer, mechanical engineer or casting engineer in casting, equipment or machinery factory environment.

3.Good technical background and proficient knowledge on casting, machinery assembly and mechanical parts manufacturing process.

4.Good communication skills, team working spirit and customer focus spirit.　

5. Strong working knowledge in Quality System ISO9001, proficient knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, PPAP, APQP.

6. Proficient knowledge of MS office software.

7. Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin.
