1.Assist Finance Manager to overseeing the full spectrum of accounts and finance functions including Tax, Accounting, Costing, AR, AP, Cash, Inventory, Insurance, Licenses, Reporting

2.Accurate & timely submission and preparation of financial & management reports

3.Assists Finance Manager to prepare the company annual budgeting, planning controlling & analysis

4.Preparing and analysis the simulations for the new project 

5.WHL and Franchising Clients payments and credit notes communication

6.AR management

7.Formulate and implement accounting system, internal controls, policies and procedures. 

8.Interact with all levels across the organization, and portfolio include statutory reporting, tax, financial planning and analysis, internal controls review, process improvement as well as ad hoc 

9.Others tasks asked by line manager

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance (at least 1 years of experience in a Finance supervisor position) in an international company, relevant experience in fashion retail industry is preferred.

2.Good experience in the Account Receivable area

2.Familiar with ERP system, Oracle experience is a plus.

3.Solid understanding of China's local accounting and tax rules

4.Logical thinking & good efficency, acpability of working in an organized and systematic manner.

5.Proactive and problem solving attitude

6.Fluent oral and written English
