POSITION SUMMARY

Manage OE line and adjust products process parameters to meet quality requirement.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.New process and new product line setup
2.Creating, controlling and maintenance the process documentation/record (layout, WI, PFMEA,PFC,CP)
3.Routing setup and maintenance in the LN
4.Operator process training
5.Lean manufactory producing system design& improvement
6.Solve the process problem, improve productivity and yield.
7.Corporate with other department with process issue
8.Identify cost down opportunity and follow up cost saving project
9.Identify opportunity to consume excess material

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical and related.
2.5 years in electronic manufacture field.
3.Familiar with Lean manufacture and IE knowledge.
4.Strong execution capability, is able to work independently.
5.Good at learning and innovation
6.Good communication, time and project management skill.
7.CET4 and above, Fluent English in writing.
