职位描述




岗位描述/Your Task

  1. Design & develop automotive body electronic hardware modules (BCM, PEPS ECU);

    设计研发车身电子硬件模块(BCM,PEPS ECU)。



  2. Lead a HW team with multi products development;

    领导一个负责多个产品硬件开发的团队



  3. Involved in Developing hardware architecture with new development standards and design guidelines;

    参与研发基于新产品的开发标准和设计准则的新硬件架构；



  4. Involved in Review electronic circuit include schematic and analysis, calculation and simulation result;

    参与审核电路原理图及电路分析,计算和仿真结果；



  5. Involved in Review HW parts selection result in project;

    参与审核项目硬件元器件选型结果；



  6. Review HW related documents per hardware development process (like BOM, circuit diagram, WCCPA, FMEA)

    根据硬件开发流程，在不同的阶段审核相应的硬件文档（例如：BOM，电路图，WCCPA，FMEA）；



  7. Review and control all products in team HW development resource, schedule and cost;

    审核并控制团队中所有硬件开发项目的人员，进度及成本；



  8. Team competence and performance management, enhance team members communication and cooperation;

    团队竞争力及绩效管理，增进团队成员沟通与合作；



  9. Build up excellent team culture, Guide team members on the way of working and way of thinking;

    建设优秀的团队文化，在工作方法及工作态度上积极引导团队成员；



  10. Support manager participating Technical Center product development strategy definition;

    支持部门经理参与定义研发中心产品开发策略；



  11. Regular exchange with other hardware development centers to support a global organizational structure.

    与全球组织架构中的其他研发中心维持日常交流。

任职资质/YOUR QUALIFICATION

  1. Excellent understand and experienced with hardware development process;

    能够非常好的理解硬件开发流程，具有丰富的相关经验；






  1. Strong background & knowledge on electronic engineering, abundant automotive background is needed, standalone working sprit from beginning requirements to end customer return analysis (whole products life cycle).

    在电子工程领域具有坚实的知识，具有丰富的汽车行业知识，能够独立完成整个产品周期中从制定要求到分析客户反馈的工作；



  2. Master to use HW development tools (such as Cadence, MathCAD, ICAPS, oscillograph)

    精通硬件开发工具的使用（比如Cadence，MathCAD，ICAPS，示波器）



  3. Bachelor with more than 10 years’ experience or above with more than 8 years’ experience, At least 5 years automotive electronics experience, majored in electronic engineering or related;

    本科须具有10年以上工作经验，硕士及以上须具有8年以上工作经验，汽车电子行业5年以上工作经验，毕业于电子工程相关专业；



  4. At least 2 Year team management experience.

    两年以上团队管理经验；



  5. Excellent communication skill, capability to coordinate development activities of each location,

    具有优秀的沟通技巧，能够在开发工作上对每个团队进行协调；



  6. Fluent in English, BCM experience preferred;

    英语流利；具有车身控制模块或射频相关经验者优先。
