岗位描述/Your Task

1. 3D design/Analysis/Validation of devices, assemblies and components in compliance with customer requirements and production / cost conditions;
   

   3D设计,分析以及验证，满足客户的要求和产品、费用条件；

   
   


2. Design of innovative solutions and Discussion of specified requirements with customers;
   

   创新的设计方案和客户要求的讨论；

   
   


3. Responsible for the release of design data (3D,2D drawing, BOM, Specification ) in PDM system;
   

   负责把设计资料用PDM系统发布；

   
   


4. Responsible for design release of components and product according to Hella standard;
   

   根据海拉的标准负责的设计和生产零件的责任；

   
   


5. Support DV, PV planning;
   

   支持DV、PV规划；

   
   


6. Other job assigned by Department Manager.
   

   部门经理安排的其他工作。

   
   

任职资质/YOUR QUALIFICATION

1. University Degree or above in ME related, part design experience and knowledge in plastic/Metal parts; Knowledge in tooling design knowledge; knowledge in motor (DC/BLDC). Experience on motor design or manufacture is a plus.
   

   大学学历机械自动化专业/机电一体化专业，具备金属件/塑料设计经验和知识；具备模具设计经验.有电机设计/制造经验的优先.

   
   


2. With development experience about brake system is a plus, with experience about NVH is a plus.
   

   了解刹车系统并具备相关设计经验的优先,有噪声控制经验的优先.

   
   
   

   
   

   
   


3. Skilled in at least one of the following 3D software, CATIA, ProE, UG;
   

   至少能够掌握一个三维软件，CATIA，ProE， UG；

   
   


4. Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP;
   

   熟悉汽车生产的开发，汽车开发过程，比如APQP和PPAP；

   
   


5. Familiar with DFMEA.
   

   熟悉DFMEA.

   
   


6. Familiar with automotive Quality standards like QS 9000,TS 16949;
   

   熟悉汽车质量标准，比如QS9000，TS16949；

   
   


7. Professional PC experience (MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet);
   

   具有专业的PC经验（MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet）；

   
   


8. Proficient in English language. German language skill would be your plus but not necessary.
