Mechanical Engineer(motor) 机械工程师（电机）

Job Description岗位描述

1. Responsible for DC motor specification creation according to Hella rules;

   负责按海拉流程创建直流电机的项目标准;

2. Responsible for DC motor design concept discussion with supplier and provide the proposal and comments;

   负责和供应商讨论直流电机设计方案并提供建议和考虑；

3. Provide the technical support for DC motor design and application

   提供和直流电机设计和应用相关的技术支持；

4. Responsible for the release of design data (3D,2D drawing, BOM, Specification ) in PLM system;

   负责把设计资料用PLM系统发布；

5. Responsible for design release of components and product according to Hella standard;

   根据海拉的标准负责零件和产品的设计冻结；

6. Support DV, PV planning;

   支持DV、PV规划；

7. Other job assigned by Department Manager.

   部门经理安排的其他工作。

   Necessary Requirements 任职资格

1. University Degree or above in ME, DC Motor design and application experiences ; Plastic design experience and knowledge in plastic tools is your plus; Sheet metal and sinter part design knowledge.

   大学学历机械专业，具有丰富的有刷和无刷直流电机设计和应用经验；最好具备塑料设计经验和知识；有钣金件和烧结件经验者优先。

2. Skilled in at least one of the following 3D software, CATIA, ProE, UG;

   至少能够掌握一个三维软件，CATIA，ProE， UG;

3. Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and process of DFMEA.

   熟悉汽车生产的开发，汽车开发过程，比如APQP和PPAP和DFMEA流程。

4. Familiar with automotive Quality standards like QS 9000,TS 16949;

   熟悉汽车质量标准，比如QS9000，TS16949；

5. Professional PC experience (MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet);

   具有专业的PC经验（MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet）；

6. Proficient in English language. German language skill would be your plus but not necessary.

   熟练的英语，另外会一点德语，但不是必要的条件。

7. Experience for Finite Element Analysis

   具有有限元分析经验

   Additional requirements附加要求

1. Good communication and presentation skills;

   有较好的沟通和表达技能；

2. Strong learning Skills.

   较强的学习技能。
