岗位职责：

1. 产品的日常质量控制工作，开展相关成品质量数据统计及分析，保障产品质量符合性；
2. 寻求优化产品质量监控的方法，提升质量监控方法的稳定性和可靠性，确保持续稳定输出有效的测试数据；

3. 识别产品质量隐患和改进机会，并改善实施，保障产品质量风险可控；
4. 高分子材料测试方法的建立及维护，开展材料验证和评价，处理材料相关质量异常；开展供应商审核，确保供方体系能力满足要求；
5. 部门内外支持工作，包括内外审审核支持，体系流程改善，团队内任务协作等；
6. 上级指派的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 质量管理相关专科毕业，二年以上生产型企业工作经验；

2. 熟悉相关质量管理体系；

3. 细致严谨、原则性强、抗压能力强。

工作时间： 八小时工作制，双休

薪金：基本工资+月度绩效+补助+福利+年终+股权
