1 Responsible for making welding documents for stainless steel in GTAW/FCAW (410S,304L, 316L).

  

2 Responsible for making and checking WPS/PQR of special material(2205,Ti,Zr,Monel, 904L, etc).

  

3 Responsible for modify WPS/PQR according to customers’ requirement.

  

4 Preparing the weld map, NDE map and other special requirement of customers.

  

5 Regular assessment of WPQ and welder skills, regular training welders to improve welding quality.

  

6 Responsible for technical support, technical service and quality tracking of welding in production.

  

7 Timely analyze and summarize the quality and process problems occurred in the production process and feedback, and constantly improve and improve the welding process.

  

8 Supervise workshop site, supervise welder to operate according to WPS, point out and correct unreasonable operation in time

  

9 Obey the arrangement and complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

3~5years of welding engineer or related experience

  

Formal education or equivalent教育背景

  

Junior college degree or above in mechanical manufacturing or welding。

  

Skills技能

  

1 Be proficient in the working principle and operation procedure of various welding equipment. (especially GTAW/FCAW/GMAW ).

  

2 Proficient with welding characteristics and requirements of various metal materials in GTAW/FCAW.

  

3 Be familiar with quality analysis and process solution of welding products, be able to evaluate the rationality of new product production process and specify appropriate production process according to product.

  

4 Proficient in ASME IX to support WPS/PQR/WPQ welding document making.

  

5 Weld map and NDE map making.
