岗位职责:

？ 制定在线分析仪关键性能指标和技术标准。
Develop key performance indicators and technical standards for online analyzers.
？ 对在线分析的运行和维护工作提供技术和管理方面的支持与指导，为分析仪运行和疑难问题提供解决方案。
Provide technical and management support and guidance for the operation and maintenance of online analysis, providing solutions for analyzer operation and difficult problems.
？ 开展在线分析仪表系统的运行优化工作，提高分析仪运行的可靠性和准确性。
Develop operational optimization of online analysis instrument systems to improve the reliability and accuracy of analyzer operation.
？ 负责在线分析资本性项目年度计划的制订，BSOR，MOC和技术方案等工作管理。
Responsible for development of annual plan of online analysis capital projects, work management such as BSOR, MOC and technical solutions.
？ 领导在线分析专业相关的所有新项目，资本性改造项目的管理工作，配合项目全过程的实施管理，包括审核分析仪系统技术方案，分析仪系统的验收、调试和开车管理等，使其符合法规要求和赛科工程标准。
Lead management work of all new projects, capital modification projects related to online analysis discipline, cooperate in the implementation management of the whole process of the project, including review of analyzer system technical proposal, analyzer system acceptance, commissioning and startup management, etc. making them compliance with regulations requirements and SECCO engineering standards.
？ 开发在线分析新产品、新技术在赛科的应用，提高在线分析在生产运行中的监控能力。
Develop application of new products, and new technologies for online analysis in SECCO, and improve the monitoring capabilities of online analysis in production operations.
？ 审核分析仪大检修计划和工作包，使成本控制、检修方案符合在线分析技术管理要求。
Review the analyzer TAR plan and work package to make the cost control and maintenance plan meet the online analysis technical management requirements.
？ 开展对装置、承包商等相关人员的在线分析专业培训。
Develop online professional training for plants, contractors and other relevant personnel.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by line manager in a timely manner.

任职资格:

? 具有仪表、自控或过程管理工程专业本科及以上学历。
Have university degree or above with major in instrumentation, automatic control or process management.
? 8年以上石油化工行业及本专业工作经验，4年以上技术管理岗位经验，具有在线分析仪项目管理经验优先。
More than 8 years of experience in the petrochemical industry and this discipline, more than 4 years of experience in technical management positions, and person with experience in online analyzer project management is preferred.
? 熟悉石油化工装置在线分析系统组成、技术规范标准和相关法律法规。
Be familiar with the makeup, technical specification &criterion and relevant laws and regulations of online analyser system in petrochemical plant.
? 具有良好的沟通能力，有效的组织和计划能力，，主动学习的意愿和能力。
Good communication ability, efficient organization and planning ability, willingness and ability of learning actively.
? 熟练使用办公自动化，如MS Outlook， MS Word 和MS Excel，PPT。
Be proficient in use of OA software, such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS.
? 符合工作要求的专业英语能力。
Professional English skills that meet job requirements.
