岗位职责:

？ 在高级生产工程师的指导下，以安全、高质量、低成本为目标，支持装置的日常生产运行，确保装置安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷和优化运行，实现批准的月度生产计划并且使成本符合预算要求。
Led by senior production engineers of the plant, taking safety, high quality and low cost as the goals, support the routine production and operation of the plant, ensure safe, stable, long-term, full rate and optimized operation of the plant, to fulfill the approved monthly production plans and requirements of cost budgets.
？ 管理装置运行的各项工艺参数，并进行详细的记录，降低物耗、能耗。
Manage all process parameters of the plant and make detailed records to reduce material and energy consumption.
？ 对DCS控制系统组态进行工艺上的确认，并提供工艺技术支持。
Confirm the configuration of DCS control system from the aspects of process and provide process technical support.
？ 制定生产操作各岗位的操作记录，建立各项管理档案，并负责检查各项制度的执行情况。
Formulate operation records of all production operation posts, establish all kinds of management archives and be responsible to inspect execution of all kinds of regulations.
？ 组织生产团队分析、解决生产中出现的各类工艺问题。
Organize analyses of production teams and resolve all kinds of process issues in production.
？ 及时判断处理生产过程中出现的操作波动，制订及时的调整方案，并组织实施到班组，确保产品质量。
Judge and handle operation fluctuations during production timely, formulate adjustment plans timely, organize implementation of the plans at the shift team level to ensure product quality.
？ 参与制定装置的大、中、小修方案，组织人员编写检修开停工方案，并组织实施到班组。
Participate in formulation of plans of TAR, middle and minor maintenance, organize formulation of shutdown and startup plans for maintenance and organize implementation of the plans at the shift team level.
？ 参与操作法、培训资料、生产准备方案等各类相关资料的编制与审核。负责团队各项生产技术培训，不断提高全班人员的技术业务水平和综合能力。
Participate in formulation and review of documents related to operation, training and production preparations etc. be responsible for all kinds of production technical training to improve technical level and comprehensive capability of the whole team.
？ 实施、管理装置正常运行的技改、技措项目，使装置安全长周期的运行，配合落实IMS管理系统的执行。
Implement and manage MOC projects to ensure long-term safe operation of the plant and assist in implementation of IMS management system.
？ 参与装置的持续改进工作，积极提出合理化建议。
Participate in continuous improvement of the plant and raise rational suggestions proactively.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other work assigned by superior manager.

任职资格:

？ 教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，化工或工艺管理专业。
Education background: Bachelor degree or above for chemical or process management
？ 工作经验：具有5年以上石油化工行业的生产经验，有大型连续性化工生产经验、2年以上生产/技术管理岗位经验的优先。
Working experiences: Over 5 years production experiences of petroleum and chemical industry, and has large and continuous chemical production experiences. Candidate with above 2 years production/technical management is preferred.
？ 对行业生产、安全、技术以及国家的各类安全法令等要求有深刻了解。
Have deep understanding on industry production, safety and technology and state safety laws and orders.
？ 处理复杂问题、复杂事物的能力，能够适应变化并迅速作决策。
Capability for handling complex issue and object and can adapt to change and make decision quickly.
？ 专业技术能力，具有对装置生产运行给予独到的建设性指导意见的能力。
Technical and professional capability, capability of providing unique and constructive opinions for plant operation.
？ 有较强的责任心，积极主动完成工作。
Have strong sense of accountability and actively complete the task.
？ 英语四级及以上，熟练运用办公自动化软件。
English skill level four and above, familiar with office automation software.
