1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

-Use 4 point stytem to inspect fabric include outlook/pattern/width/weight/skewing/bowing/cts shading/shade lot..

- Perform factory audits or fabric inspections at different stages of production according to company guidelines.

- Be able to analyze quality defects, and issue ENGLISH inspection report with clear comments, pictures and conclusion in a timely manner.

- report to inspection coordinator or relevant supervisor of any specific issue, problem, comment, finding during inspection processing.

2. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

- College degree or above, major in garment fabric and textile will be preferential.

- at least 3 years of experience in fabric industry; (Lower experienced can be considered if applicant shows strong motivation and technical background related to garment and textile industry).

- Honest person with good integrity nature.

- Fluent English skill,CET-4 or above, can finish inspection report independently;

- Familiar with office software smart phone.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- Business travel requires often.

1. 主要职责

-运用美标4分制对面料进行检验包括外观，图案，门幅，克重，尾斜，尾弧，边中差,大货整体色光的分组等等

- 根据公司规定，进行面料产品生产各阶段的查验

- 分析产品质量问题，并在规定的时间内出具含有清晰建议，照片，结论的APP英文验货报告

- 对于验货过程中的任何情况，问题和发现，及时汇报给检验协调员或相应主管

2. 资质要求

- 大专以上学历，服装纺织面料类专业优先

- 3年以上纺织业工作经验，; （有资深纺织背景的经验不足者也作考虑）

- 为人诚实正直

- 具备一定英语水平，能够独立完成英文报告，英语四级优先

- 熟练运用电脑办公类软件，智能手机

- 良好的人际关系及沟通技巧

- 需要经常出差
