Purpose for the Job 职务目标
1 Keep all lab instruments in order.
2 To understand all the test methods in lab and update the method document if it’s necessary.
3 Provide the testing data with clear record.
4 Provide necessary technical/application support to sales representatives.
5 Keep constant control on product line competitiveness and technical updates.
6 Liaise with customer to work out the product range plan.
7 Prepare product knowledge as per customer's.
Principal Accountabilities 主要职责
1 Product development according to local market requirements , in accordance with SBU-China and information from affiliates in order to increase competitiveness and/or contributions.
2 Cooperate with production / MRP for new product commissioning.
3 Cooperate with QC for set up the specification of goods and raw material.
4 Provide the support to QA to solve customer complaint if quality related.
5 Demonstrate performance and advantages of new developments to technical sales staff.
6 To provide application support for sales, field support to customer if necessary.
7 Keep Pulcra and competitor’s products in clearly store.
8 Modify existing products based on the market / customer requirement, as well as the decision of the management team.
9 The new products should meet both technical performance and cost target.
Education/Subject 学历/专业
Bachelor degree or above with Chemistry / chemical engineering major in textile/leather processing solution.
Area of experience 行业经验
Extensive coatings background required with 5+ years experience, knowledge and expertise in coating and special finishing fabric or Acrylic/Polyester resin industry.
