What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Cashier, you will be posting and recording all transactions that occur inside of Restaurants, Bars, Cafe, Room Service, Conference & Banqueting, and Kitchens, and the food and beverage (F&B) operation. Specifically, a Food and Beverage Cashier will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:


Receive and post all food and beverage checks into the hotel computer system
Process, efficiently, all customer accounts and total daily revenues
Produce daily cash and ledger reports
Understand the food and beverage services being provided, including any promotions
Manage customer or team member inquiries and complaints, promptly and completely



Qualifications


What are we looking for?

Food and Beverage Cashiers serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:


Previous experience with accounting, finance, or cash management (cashier)
Demonstrated experience with food and beverage revenue systems
Ability to quickly learn food and beverage computer systems
Ability to read and deliver reports
Strong interpersonal skills and the enthusiasm and self-motivation to be part of a winning team

Across an immaculate courtyard is a new-build contemporary tower located parallel to the Bund, on Sichuan Road.
