Position Title: Documentation Engineer
Reporting Manager: Quality Assurance Manager

Job description
? Compiling and reviewing all internal quality documents according to Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) or customer specifications in cooperation with production and quality engineer.
? Compiling and reviewing all supplier quality documents in cooperation with sourcing engineer according to ITP
? Releasing completed quality documents to Technical Documents Team for instruction manual or record
? Research for information needed to create new quality documents
? Creating completed quality dossier to customer
? Collect and maintain the standards related to quality documents
? Support project team to collect and maintain external standards
? Maintain the database for quality documents

Experience requirements
? Minimum 1 year experience in machine industry, experience in a similar function preferred.
? Having experience in commodities of piping, pressure vessels, experiences on GB150 is preferred
? Proven English skills in reading and writing
? Proven computer skills: being professional in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
? Read and understand engineering drawings and diagrams

Educational requirements
? Engineering degree or equivalent experiences experience in engineering

? You are able to operate independently and accurately. You are flexible and have the initiative and competence to detect and resolve problems independently.
? High level of receptiveness and coordinating abilities
? High level of accurate and target-oriented processing of data and information related to the product
? High stress resistance and good team spirit
? Very good communication skills
? Proactive in approach, persistent in follow-ups
