Main Focus and Challenges

This position is responsible to weld the product according to the drawings,process and the technical standards, to reach the target of safety,quality, delivery and the other departmental policy requirment.

Specific Responsibilities

？ 运用电焊、氩弧焊等技术进行阀门产品的焊接，按照生产周期及时完成各类焊接任务操作 。

？ The use of welding, argon arc welding and other technology to weld the valve product , according to the production cycle to complete all the welding tasks timely.

？ 执行岗位安全技术操作规程，正确穿戴使用劳动防护用品。

？ Carry out the safety technical operation rules, and wear the labor protection articles correctly.

？ 执行自检产品质量检验制度，确保产品质量，对阀门产品保质保量的进行加工,以及对有关材料、工具和器具的正确保管。

？ Perform the self inspection system to ensure the quality of products. Processing the valve product with good quality and quantity. Storage the materials,tools and equipments correctly.

？ 持证操作设备，精心维护保养设备，保管好焊接材料。

？ Certified operating equipment, well maintained equipment and keep welding material in good condition.

？ 负责工作区域的6S作业和精益生产。

？ Responbsible for working area 6S and Lean production.

？ 完成主管布置的其他工作。

？ Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

ü  中技以上，电焊生产加工等相关专业，精通焊条电弧焊，钨极氩弧焊，有5年以上相关工作经验。有压力容器厂，阀门厂焊接经验优先。The secondary technical school or above. Welding processing and other related major, proficient in electrode arc welding, argon tungsten-arc welding more than 5 years of relevant work experience. Pressure vessel factory, valve factory welding experience is preferred.

ü  持有相关的技术等级证（SMAW-FeII-2FG-12/60-Fef3j；SMAW-FeII-2G-12-Fef3j；SMAW-FeII-3G-12-Fef3j；SMAW（N12）-FeIII-1G-(Co) 和特种设备作业人员证（上海压力容器证）。Have the technical grade certificates and special equipment operator certificate.

ü  有焊接高温耐热钢（Cr，Mo钢，F11,F22,F91等）经验优先。Experience in welding high temperature and heat resistant steel (Cr,Mo,F11,F22,F91) is preferred.

ü  熟悉焊接岗位的生产过程、工艺流程和“5S”规范。Familiar with welding production process, process flow and "5S" specification.

ü  了解相关的质量管理体系知识。Know the relative quality management system.

ü  较强的责任心及良好的身体素质。Strong responsibility and good health.

ü  能接受企业装配培训及公司的工作安排。Be able to accept assembly training and other work arrangement.
