1. Draft and review contracts and other legal documents

2. Provide practical legal advice and handle contract disputes in time

3. Provide legal advice and support other departments, branches

4. Assist in compliance and regulatory matters including training to employees in the company

5. Assist with company in AR collection

6. Coordinate with internal departments to provide support for dealing with arbitration and litigation the company involved, including but not limited to investigate the facts of a case, conduct legal research ,organize and manage files, documents, file documents with courts

7. Other work assigned by manager and company

1. Undergraduate degree or above in reputable university

2. 1-2 years working experience in a multinational company and/or a reputable law firm

3. Fluent in both written and oral English

4. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

5. PRC bar admission would be a plus

6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

7. A good team player with excellent communication and coordination skills

8. Patient, careful, strong sense of responsibility, honest and reliable
