?Drive timely &effective resolution of problems. Implement controls to prevent recurrence

?Lead cross function teams throughout the problem-solving efforts with structured methodologies(identifying barriers to effective implementation of project &taking the necessary action to resolve or escalate issues)

?Translate continual improvement principles into practical application across assigned projects,gaining &maintaining commitment from team members through continual training,education &coaching

?Proactively identify &drive continuous improvement opportunities by utilizing a wide variety of analytical techniques&lean manufacturing &Six Sigma

?Maintain an awareness of, fully understand, the impact to the customer of improvement projects, as well as customer requirements regarding process change,ensuring effective communication is maintained to eliminate any potential negative impact

?Report as appropriate on project status through the established project tracking system &project reviews. Proactively communicate with all internal &external stakeholders

?Maintain an in-depth understanding of problem-solving &project improvement philosophy,methodology,theory,applications,tools and tactics

Qualification

-Masters in Engineering/Sciences/Technology or exceptional industrial experience in related area. 

-Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required

-Trained &experienced in team facilitation skills

-10 years of experience in product/process/project quality management of foreign country or multi-national companies

-Preferred: management experience preferably in MFG environment

-Comprehensive knowledge &demonstrated practice of methods for quality improvements 

-Ability to influence cross-functional teams &individuals at all levels of the organization

-Proficient with quality principles &quality tools application. Expertise with Shainin problem solving techniques preferred

-Action oriented

Demonstrate strong capability in coordination,responsiveness,communication& team-working
