Key Responsibilities:

? Spur organic growth for each subsegment: Bridge, Port facilities, Municipal, Civil, and OEM by driving mid-long term segment strategy, also to ensure infra sales team's performance meets budget;

? Lead Infra segment & BD team to explore project opportunity and follow from owner/EPC

/design institute-- front end sales pipeline

? Setup close working process with direct sales team and distribution sales team

? As one of key leaders in PC team, is responsible to build the team culture, in alignment

with the Group Hempel Value

Key Tasks:

? Build segment &BD Team according to the Strategy and the Growth Plan (20%)

? Plan and monitor daily BD activities to make sure that target is achieved, including meetings,

communication with sales team, customer calls etc.. (30%)

? External relationship building. (40%)

? Compliance observation. (10%)

Job Requirement:

? Good Knowledge in Infra industry, coating background is a preferred.

? Good insights for new business development

? Good English skill

? Familiar with Coating Products spec-in process

? Good presentation skill
