工作职责:

1. 作为项目招投标阶段的技术负责人，全面负责该阶段技术相关工作；

Serving as technical leader in the bidding phase，the senior process planning engineer should be in charge of all the related technical works.

2. 与客户进行沟通交流，了解客户需求；

Communicate with customer to fully understand the customer

s needs.

3. 根据客户要求和相关标准，完成工艺分析 (产能和节拍分析，工艺方案，焊点分配，设备清单、线体布局等)，为客户制定最合适的（技术和成本）白车身解决方案；

Provide the best solution by considering the technique and cost, according to the Body- In-White customers ‘requirements and the related standards, accomplish the process investigation including cycle time, process concept, spot distribution, equipment list and layout, etc.

4. 支持成本专员完成成本核算；

Support the cost specialist to complete the cost estimate.

5. 与客户进行技术方案、项目进度和分工界面等内容的澄清会议；

Have the clarification meeting with customer about the technical solution, time schedule and the interface, etc.

6. 完成技术标书的编制, 参与投标工作及其技术协议谈判和签订；

Compile the bidding documentation, and participate the bid as well as technical agreement negotiation and signment.

7. 协助销售部进行市场工作，支持项目运营团队完成项目；

Give assistance to sales department for marketing work, and support the related operation department to complete the projects.

8. 参与部门内部经验交流、培训、持续优化及其他部门基础工作；

Participate in the basic department work including sharing experience, training, continuous improvement, etc.

任职资格:

1. 机械类或汽车相关专业本科学历；

Bachelor degree (or above) of mechanical or automotive engineering.

2. 三年以上的白车身焊装工艺规划工作经验（或五年以上夹具设计、工艺或仿真经验）；

Three years working experience in BIW Welding Process Planning (or more than five years’ experience in fixture design，process or simulation).

3. 熟悉点焊、弧焊、螺柱焊、涂胶、滚边等白车身焊装工艺，精通节拍分析，工艺分析和LAYOUT布局；

Familiar with spot welding, arc welding, stud welding, sealing, hemming process in BIW, proficient in cycle time, process analysis and LAYOUT.

4. 熟悉汽车车身结构、工装夹具的组成及结构，以及标准工艺设备(如：涂胶系统、点焊设备、螺柱焊系统等)的组成及功能；

Familiar with the structure of BIW, the structure of the fixture, and the composition and function of the standard process equipment(such as sealing system, spot welding system, stud welding system, etc).

5. 熟练掌握Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Catia；

Skillful with Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Catia.

6. 英语听说读写熟练；

Good English in speaking and writing.

7. 善于交流, 团队合作；

Good communications skills and teamwork.

8、愿意接受挑战，能承受压力，能独立完成工作；

Willing to accept challenge, be able to work independently and work under pressure.

9. 愿意学习新技能及良好的学习能力。

Willing to learn new technology，and be good at learning.
