职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责医疗器械（高值耗材OEM）产品的研发及设备调试，完成新产品试制，达到小批量生产状态；
2. 完成单腔管、多腔管、变径管、异型管等的挤出，并不断完善工艺，形成成熟稳定的工艺文件；
3. 依据客户要求，为客户提供个性化的产品解决方案；
4. 根据客户提供的产品图纸，设计出模具的结构图、零件图；
5.上级领导交付的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 高分子材料相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2. 三年及以上相关医疗器械产品的研发与生产经验；
3. 丰富的项目管理经验；
4. 熟悉高分子材料加工工艺，能独立解决挤出工艺难题；
5. 熟练使用不同型号的挤出机和注塑机等；
6. 能熟练使用CAD、UG、PRO/E等绘图软件；熟悉模具设计和加工流程者更优；
7. 优秀应届毕业生可放宽条件。
