职位描述
Purpose of the role:
Accelerate Macmillan ELT & International Curriculum business growth in China by effectively developing and managing key institutional customers to increase market share and maximize sales outcome of Macmillan products and services
Key tasks:
1. Achieve assigned individual sales target, and contribute to overall China budget accomplishment;
2. Identify key institutional accounts in designated territory and/or market segments to form an high-impact list of promotional targets;
3. Discover needs of key institutional accounts to map business opportunities for Macmillan ELT & International Curriculum offerings;
4. Carry out solution selling projects effectively to reach mutual beneficial result for both Macmillan and clients;
5. Monitor & analyse competitor activities and market trends to feed back in to China sales and marketing strategies optimization;
6. Initiate promotional campaigns in designated territory to enhance Macmillan brand awareness and penetration rate amongst key institutional clients;
7. Assist line manager to complete financial planning, market research, and product-market fit analysis;
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master degree;
Skills/knowledge:
1. Solution selling project management skills;
2. Organising and planning skills;
3. Negotiating and interpersonal communication skills;
4. Presentation skills;
5. Sensitivity to numbers;
6. Problem solving skills;
Experience:
1. Over 3 years' sales & marketing experience in educational market is desirable;
2. Solid understanding of ELT & international curriculum and marketing trends is desirable;
3. Track record of successfully identifying business opportunities and delivering results is essential;
4. Evidence of success in building and maintaining sustainable relationship leading to commercial opportunity with internal and external stakeholders is essential;
5. Ability to communicate & present professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences, in both fluent mandarin Chinese and English is essential;
6. Influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility is essential;
7. Ability to gain and assimilate product knowledge and attain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace is essential;
8. Demonstrable evidence of goal/target-oriented, self-motivated, independent decision-making and team working is essential;
