按照各部门年度人力资源计划完成招聘和配置工作，及时补充职位空缺，对招聘结果负责。

1.     与用人部门沟通招聘需求，制定并执行年度招聘计划。

2.     拓展并维护招聘渠道，购买网络招聘服务，每半年提交招聘渠道和成本分析报告。

3.     高校合作关系的洽谈和维护，校园招聘项目的策划和实施。

4.     招聘信息的发布和更新，简历接收和筛选，面试通知和组织，第一轮面试评估。

5.     实施薪酬谈判，必要的背景调查，发放录用文书。

6.     完善面试流程、题目和测评工具，不断提高面试效率。

任职条件：

1.     本科学历，英语熟练。

2.     一年招聘经验，有猎头经历者佳。

3.     较强的学习能力和执行力，结果导向，能够承受较大的工作压力。

4.     掌握人力资源管理各模块基础知识和技能。

5.     具备良好的规划能力，掌握良好的沟通技能，执行力强。
