Title: Store Design Director, Ashley Retail China 

Reporting Line: Retail VP, China 

 Job Description
. Overall in charge of Ashley Retail Design assignments including Construction Design, Merchandising and Creative design works  
· Manage and design retail projects from creative concept to delivery, and continue to develop design guidelines 
·Manage the design team as well as all communications and process of retail design standards between marketing agencies, manufacturers and vendors 
·Oversee design development, documentation, production, installation and quality checks of retail outlets
?Partner with Retail leadership team on various store development projects 
?Procure decorative items including sourcing, selection, tracking, follow up
?Schedule & manage local contractors on regional basis
?Attend installations and renovations on site
?Ensure project efficiency and effectiveness including cost & budget maintenance
?Provide timely update & reports to various internal stakeholders
 
The Successful Applicant
?Degree holder in Interior Design or related discipline
?Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Retail Store design, Interior Design, Visual
?Merchandising or related field. Retail experience highly preferred
?Resourceful, excellent communication & organizational skills
?Strong time management skills
?Strong team management skills 
?Fluent command of spoken & written English.
