Report to the Director of Business Development and Marketing Services, Singapore

General work:

The Account Manager will serve as a direct point of contact for hotel client and hotel ambassadors. They are responsible for ensuring that their company’s customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns. Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.

本职位(客户经理)是公司与客户酒店之间的直接联系人。主要负责确保公司的客户得到最及时完善的服务和帮助。通过与客户的交流、沟通为其提供有关产品的信息和服务,并处理和解决客户的问题或投诉。

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for Account Management, Customer service and Data input

· Liaise with hotel representatives on a daily basis on all aspects of the program.

· Provide Telephone Support and Training to Hotel Staff on Program knowledge

· Track and Manage each hotel’s performance

· Taking inbound helpdesk calls while working in office hours in Thai and English

· Identifying the issues of customers rapidly and precisely.

· Assisting customer’s all queries.

· Handling telephone reservations, informing customers about any changes made during or after booking has been processed.

· Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data when received from hotels, and compare data with source documents.

· Enter data into company systems using PC/Keyboard, occasionally.

· Store completed documents in appropriate locations for audit purposes.

· Maintain logs of activities and completed work.

· Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields using PC and keyboard.

Requirements:

· Interest in helping and working with customers

· Able to tackle multicultural environment and intelligent with ability to handle diverse customers.

· Must have good communication, interpersonal and computer skills

· Should be able to ameliorate customer service skills

· Fluent in Mandarin & English, Cantonese will be a plus

· Able to work flexible hours

· Result oriented and ability to deliver with minimum supervision.

· Accurate and keying speed is of essence.

· Knowledge of Loyalty Programs and Travel Industry will be a plus

· Understanding of Local and International postal addresses will be considered a plus.

· Resourceful, independent, responsible, organized and self-motivated.
