Marketing Supervisor
The role:
The Booth supervisor's role is to deal with all booth team matters which including but not limited in MPC team management/booth location management/marketing materials management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plan and budget to achieve marketing and sales target
Allocate budget reasonably, convert leads into sales
- Customer information collection and analysis
Manage promotion teams
- Develop new market channels and maintain current channels
- Responsible for marketing materials.
- Support on daily work of Marketing Manager, and achieve monthly target
- Support to establish recruitment system to enlarge the candidate numbers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5+ years working experience in marketing function, 2+ years management experience
- Good communication and leadership skill, lead team to achieve monthly target
Detail-oriented for managing project from inception through execution
- Pressure management ability
- Good analytical skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Good English skills in both written and spoken.
- Familiar with MS Office software
