职位描述
Job Responsiblity:
Essential duties and responsibilties as followed, other duties may be assigned.
1), Create SO per requirement from customer. Work with engineering to confirm the supply scope by using correct Krebs part number for the requirement. Print the sales acknowledgement for confirming of purchasing orders with delivery terms and shipping address of the shipment.
2), Be able to use Krebs internal scheduling guide line (standard lead time) to schedule the initial delivery, and confirm with production and project team.
3), Be able to generate the standard price list of the product, and ensure the SO to be with an accurate sales value.
4), Communicate with Krebs sub-office for any change of supply scope, delivery. To coordinate with production and project management person in the office.
5), Work with production warehouse to ensure the shipment of parts order to be handled smoothly and efficiently. Print SO pick list to instruct warehouse for preparation of shipment
6), Be able to understand Krebs products and specifications.
7), Be able to extract on time delivery report, to measure the performance of on time delivery.
8), Be able to get along with others and to work in a team work environment.
9), Run MPS report and do action accordingly.
10), Close work order for manifold and pump.

1), 2 years of relative working experience;
2), Written English skill required, especiall by email;
3), College degree.
