1、大专以上学历，一年以上活动策划经验;
2、性格开朗，工作积极主动，有活动策划工作经验者优先;
3、知识面广，创意新颖，思路敏捷，勇于创新，善于沟通;
4、具有深厚的文字功底，文案撰写能力强;
5、具有较强的客户需求分析能力，能准确的把握客户需求，为客户指定有创意的合理建议;
6、善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神，有事业心，工作认真踏实，吃苦耐劳;
7、熟练使用办公软件，熟练掌握PPT软件;
8、具有良好的文案撰写能力，出色的创意策划能力，精彩的提案表述能力;
职位要求：
1、完成项目之创意表现，包括撰写或提案说明;
2、协助策划及项目组进行方案策略的制定，撰写活动主题，广告文案，活动执行方案，公关软文;
3、有效跟进各项目的修改工作，保证项目顺利推进;
