Responsibilities 工作职责

- Prepare and review electrical (HV & LV) Bidding package SOW and SPEC 负责编写并审核电气（高压和低压）工作范围及技术标准

- Evaluate the lifecycle cost for Electrical equipment selection 在电气设备选型时，评估全生命周期成本

- Constructability review of MEP detail drawings from LDI 对设计院的机电专业施工图进行可施工性审图

- MEP material and equipment check on site according to contract and SPEC 根据合同及技术要求审核进场的机电材料及设备

- MEP installation quality and schedule supervision and track on issues, to make sure it’s under control 机电安装的质量和进度监管及问题跟踪，确保机电安装工作在可控状态

- Review MEP part change orders on site 审核现场机电安装相关的变更单

- Taking lead of MEP testing and commissioning work, including review T&C plan from contractor and coordination with government, owner and other contractors 主导机电安装的测试调试工作，包括审核承包商的测试调试计划及协调政府，业主及其它承包商工作。

- Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required 能够按项目组和客户的要求就机电工程提供建议和支持工作。

Job Requirements 岗位要求

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, (electrical.) or equivalent 大学本科或以上相关专业(电气专业)学历

- 5 years relevant experience in foreign invested projects 五年以上相关外资工业项目管理经验

- Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规

- Be able to multitask and manage priorities 能处理多事项并管理优先性

- Pro-active approach – initiative to solve problems能够主动发现问题并想办法解决问题

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 优秀的沟通能力和关注细节

- Good English, both spoken and written 英语说写能力良好

- Good collaboration & team work 良好的协作和团队合作能力
