Job Responsibility
1. Ensure that the accounting services provided by your team are completed on time

2. Review original vouchers provided by clients monthly, complete bookkeeping in time in compliance with Chinese GAAP

3. Prepare accounting reports as request by client’s management

4. Tax computation, and tax filling including IIT, VAT, CIT and VAT refund for clients before deadline

5. Assist clients in dealing with banks, proceed payments, foreign income declaration, foreign currency settlement etc.

6. Binding and filing of accounting book

7. Provide counseling to clients with accounting and tax enquiries

8. Motivate and train the accountants within your team, enhance work efficiency, control risks
9. Cooperate with CPA firms for annual audit and evaluation for clients independently

10. You will have the opportunity to perform one-off missions such as analyzing accounting process, control procedures or business advisory projects

11. Other tasks assigned by managers

Qualifications:

College degree or above on financial and accounting related majors

Minimum 3 years' experience in the accounting field preferably within an international company

Familiar with MS Office and several accounting software

Great command of English in both writing and speaking

Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Proactive attitude with ability to both identify and find solutions to problems

Good team player
