Mission:

Ensure the validation of new suppliers for his regional panel or upon specific request

Validate new component using the company methodology, APQP & PPAP, and check that approach according to defined milestones

Ensure a strong process at supplier, in order to anticipate the issue

Support the Quality manager in the communication of the deployment of quality excellence plan and other internal activities

Main activities:

Perform Evaluation Audit according to the standard

Deploy and validate APQP/PPAP according to QEM method for each new component/Supplier

Make Feasibility Review at supplier

Interface with design office in case of process issue

Check the international standard are applied if present

Train and Coach the supplier SPC and MSA

Lead with Sourcing manager the APQP meeting

Update the APQP tool and monthly reporting at the Group

Perform process audit and their follow-up at suppliers

Deployment of the Quality basics at supplier in case of agreement

Train and coach the colleagues to perform audit at supplier

Required job competencies for the position:

ISO9001-2008 and ISO TS 16949 knowledge& implementation

Internal audit skills-QMS, process& product audit

Good knowledge about machining, heat treatment and casting

Experience on problem solving techniques

Manufacturing process knowledge

Leadership skills and communication skills

Quality methodologies knowledge: APQP, FMEA, Control plan, SPC, MSA

Fluent English
