岗位职责：

Responsibilities:

1、根据公司提供名单，利用电话、系统和邮件等方法收集客户意向；

1, according to the company's list, collect customers' intentions by telephone, system and e-mail.

2、分析、捕捉客户培训需求，撰写培训方案；

2. Analyze and capture customer training needs and write training programs.

3、通过拜访，演讲和洽谈，深度挖掘需求，影响说服客户，形成购买；

3, through visits, speeches and negotiations, dig deeper into the needs, influence persuading customers, and form purchases;

4、落实服务合同，协调讲师资源，跟进课程执行，做好客户管理；

4, implement service contracts, coordinate lecturers' resources, follow up curriculum implementation, and do good customer management.

5、保证应收到账，控制销售利润；

5, ensure that accounts should be received to control sales profits.

6、客户关系的长期维护，促进持续购买；

6, long-term customer relationship maintenance, promote continuous purchase;

7、积极参加公司各类培训，严格遵守公司相关规章制度。

7, actively participate in various training companies, strictly abide by the relevant rules and regulations of the company.

任职要求：

Job requirements:

1、本科以上学历，经管类专业，工业工程类专业为优；

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in economics and management, preferably in industrial engineering.

2、人力资源、销售、教育培训、生产制造类工作经验为优；

2. Human resource, sales, education and training, manufacturing experience is excellent.

3、对销售、管理、人力资源、生产制造等有基本认识；

3. Basic knowledge of sales, management, human resources, manufacturing and so on;

4、自信、沉稳、积极进取、抗压性强；

4, confident, steady, enterprising, and strong resistance;

5、反应敏捷，思路清晰，善于沟通，勤于学习；

5, quick response, clear thinking, good at communication and diligent in learning.

6、热爱销售工作，喜欢与人沟通；

6, love sales work, like to communicate with people;

7、良好的职业化形象；
