岗位职责： 

- Develop initiatives related to GLCM. Promote these initiatives by designing marketing programs and via branch RMs;  

- Maintain and enhance existing revenue streams and develop new revenue streams by identifying and maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth;  

- Promote Hangseng China GLCM business and channels to grow CASA;  

- Understand customer’s business and explore potential needs on GLCM services;  

- Structure / tailor-make GLCM solutions for key customers or provide GLCM solutions which form part of the business propositions;  

- Participate with branches or project teams for various projects related to above job responsibilities;  

- Perform GLCM portfolio monitoring on regular basis to ensure timely services provided to customers and pipeline requests have been closely followed up; 

任职要求： 

- Minimum 8 years relevant working experiences in banking industry.  

- Team worker.  

- Strong self-motive with good interpersonal skills.  

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
