Job Description:
The Software Development Group is the core engineering group that is responsible for design, developing, improving StarCite core architectural and product components. This is the key development group
1) Work closely with the Shanghai software development team to provide technical leadership, detailed review, and guidance
2) Work closely with US software engineers to manage the delivery, integration, and testing of StarCite's products
3) Coordinate with software analysis teams to provide explanation and clarification of requirements, and help to initiate new product development efforts
4) Provide project management and status tracking jointly for Shanghai development team, and identify issues and suggest solutions
5) Provide development support for Shanghai and US QA activities
Requirements:
1) 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in J2EE development
2) Excellent OOD and OOP skill is a must
3) Experience in SAAS development is a must
4) SCRUM experience is a must
5) OSGI experience is highly preferred
6) GWT experience is highly preferred
7) Workable English, both oral and written
