职位描述

1. Responsible for daily accounting and ensure finance functions are properly performed. Especially focus on internal control and ensure compliance to accounting policy and procedures;
2. Coordinate with finance shared service center to ensure all the finance procedures well perfirmed and run smoothly;
3. Operate Trial Balance and provide monthly, quarterly reporting in accordance with Grey reporting calendar;
4. Assist in quarterly rolling-forecast and annual budget reporting;
5. Prepare comments for variance vs. rolling forecast and compare with prior year on operating cost;
6. Review the analysis and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts (e.g. bank, receivables, payables, accruals);
7. Handle fixed assets management; 
8. Cash flow and working capital management;
9. Review and manage monthly accounting and tax reports and any other statistical reports;
10. Coordinate all relevant audit requirements and prepare related reports;
11. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required;
